Keyspot originated within a DAX-listed German company, with the goal of developing a solution to reduce non-conformance risks in projects. The initial focus was on managing large volumes of proposal documents, where important requirements could easily be overlooked. The team concentrated on automating the screening of tender documents, such as RfQs and RFPs, to minimize error-prone manual work. The service first launched in 2015, pioneering document screening within the company.

 

In 2024, recognizing the vast potential of AI, Keyspot spun off by MBO into a privately held company, offering now their AI-infused Smart Document Screening Solution for Bid & Proposal Management in the B2B market. Today, keyspot is used by over 2,000 users across multiple countries worldwide.
