However, in many cases, it’s helpful to have a discussion to tailor the search models and workflow to your company's unique needs. After submitting your request, we will schedule a personal consultation to review your goals and suggest additional elements we recommend including in the proposal.

Deployment typically takes between 1 to 5 months, depending on several factors such as the level of customization required for search models and workflow add-ons, the availability of your subject matter experts, and any necessary legal clarifications.

By default, search models are set up in English. However, we can customize search models for any language. Additionally, we offer translation services for all languages to ensure seamless integration across different regions.

Users don’t need to worry about file formats or preparation. Keyspot automatically processes common file formats, including scanned documents, using advanced, state-of-the-art technology to ensure optimal results. In rare cases where documents don’t meet necessary quality standards, certain pages or documents may not be processed. These instances will be flagged in the index file for your reference.

You can upgrade any time. Once done, new features become effective after our internal approval, which is usually done at the next business day. When you downgrade, the changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

Our pricing is structured as a service configuration. You select (a) a consumption package, (b) workflow add-ons, and (c) any customization needs. Consumption packages start at 10,000 pages per year. The basic output for your workflow includes a PDF HitMap, while additional workflow features like XLS HitExtract, APIs, other output formats, or Power Automate Flows are available at an extra cost. We also offer customized solutions tailored to your specific requirements upon request.

We offer annual subscriptions to our SaaS platform, with payments made in advance based on your selected service configuration, including consumption packages, workflow add-ons, and any custom services.

In addition to the standard PDF HitMap, Keyspot offers extensive flexibility in designing outputs to fit seamlessly into your company’s workflow. You can choose to extract search hit results or full requirements, allowing for automatic integration with your requirements management software or any other database througha file formats such as xlsx or ReqIF for instance. This ensures the output format aligns perfectly with your operational needs.

Yes, we offer an API that allows seamless integration of our service with third-party tools. The API is designed to be flexible and easy to implement, supporting various use cases such as automating workflows, retrieving search results, or exporting data. Comprehensive documentation is available to guide your development team through the integration process.

We are happy to discuss your individual use case and assess the feasibility of its implementation. Additionally, we offer Data-Prep as a standalone service, which you can leverage to design and implement other use cases as needed.
